In Bled, a unit has been organised that takes care of existing customers and projects that were carried out for customers across the entire area of Petrol’s activities. The unit performs constant control over energy consumption and the operation of all performed projects for all four business pillars. In order to ensure optimum operation, it is closely linked with the service department.

The support unit is available to the users of our services and provides professional and quick support for all relevant questions. At the forefront of its activities is the principle of personal support and care: we take care of each of our clients at an individual level, which creates a more personal ambiance and ensures fast treatment of the issues.
